The Cape Verdean goalkeeper, one of the stars of the 2026 World Cup, had his first contact with the fans of his new team at the Estadio Monumental.
The reception came just days after his arrival in the Chilean capital. The 40-year-old goalkeeper greeted the public from the pitch, received the number 29 shirt he will wear during his stay, and thanked the support of the Cacique's supporters.
"I am very happy and I thank from the bottom of my heart all the kindness and support from the fans of the biggest club in Chile, let's go Colo Colo," said the player during the presentation, who signed a six-month contract, with the possibility of extending the link until 2027.
One of the most striking moments of the event occurred when Vozinha's shirt descended from the air, carried by Sebastián Álvarez, the Chilean athlete specializing in wingsuit flights known as "El Ardilla" (The Squirrel).
Minutes later, the goalkeeper wore the Colo Colo colors for the first time and walked around the field greeting the stands.

Josimar José Évora Dias, known footballistically as Vozinha, arrived in Chile after a stellar performance with the Cape Verde national team in the last World Cup and after being released from Chaves, from the Portuguese Second Division.
The goalkeeper was one of the most important players for the African team during the tournament held in the United States, Mexico, and Canada. In the group stage, he shone against teams like Spain and Uruguay, while in the round of sixteen he had an outstanding performance against Argentina.
His performance was also reflected off the pitch. During the World Cup, his social media presence grew exponentially and his Instagram account went from about 50,000 followers to over 29 million.
